Our Story

Imran and Iti Omer started AariN Healthcare Services LLP in 2020, after serving some of the biggest names in the RCM industry. During the span of their careers, both Imran and Iti gained considerable exposure to the complexities of revenue cycle management faced by the healthcare industry, which motivated them to design custom-made and enormously rewarding solutions for their clients. Imran is always referred to as someone "who gets things done" and Iti as the "brains behind the business" by their clients and industry veterans. Together, they put their ideas into action. Understanding the needs of the customer, transparency, teamwork, integrity, quality, and exceptional results are some of the morals and ethics Aarin Healthcare Services was founded on.

About Imran Omer (Mark Anderson)—Founder and Managing Director

Imran has over 15 years of experience managing large-scale client relationships, service delivery, training and transition, business development, and profit and loss management. Worked as Director of Operations for big giants in the RCM industry in India. During the span of his career, he was responsible for handling multiple clients and he managed over 500 employees across India. He holds an experience of transitioning over 50 mid-sized and large clients throughout his career.

Champion in making decisions regarding the business process to enable end-to-end success through the utilization of result-driven business models, common tools, and business practices. At Aarin Healthcare Services, Imran is responsible for the overall business and financial performance of the organization. He has excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management and customer relationship management.

About Iti Omer (Sara Anderson) — Co-founder & President

Iti has 15+ years of experience in the US healthcare industry. During the span of her career, Iti closely collaborated with the leadership team to enhance cross-functional learning and best practice sharing. She is Adroit in providing corporate learning and development training solutions in-line with business/growth objectives and initiatives. Deft in ensuring process surpasses achievement of delivery & service quality norms for all valuable clients.

She holds expertise in managing processes and is involved in service delivery of the RCM process, which includes but is not limited to process excellence, quality assurance, meeting the SLAs, eliminating waste from the process, and helping the client improve their revenue.
